Sometimes, people don’t have the appetite to eat. It could be from stress, lack of sleep, or other factors.

Whatever the cause, having no appetite can make you feel like you’re starving all the time.

But it doesn’t have to be a permanent condition. Here’s what you can do to bring your appetite back!

  1. Eat Different Foods

If you’re not hungry, eat different foods.

We know. You’re probably thinking, “Oh no, no! I’m not hungry!” But there are different things you can do to ensure you don’t feel hungry.

Try eating smaller portions of healthy foods. Instead of eating a full-size bagel and drinking your coffee, eat half. Instead of eating an entire pint of ice cream, eat just a few spoonfuls.

If that doesn’t work, try eating different foods, especially those with high protein and carbohydrates, like nuts and seeds. Not only will this help you feel fuller for longer, but it will also help stave off hunger for longer periods!

  1. Don’t Focus on Mealtimes

When you have no appetite, it can be tempting to tell yourself that this is the only time of day when you can eat something.

But if this is true for your schedule, then there’s no point in forcing yourself to eat at other times. It won’t help and could worsen if you don’t listen to your body’s cues.

If there’s something in particular that doesn’t appeal to you anymore (like vegetables), remember that it’s okay not to eat it!

Just because something isn’t on the menu doesn’t mean it has to go into your mouth—no one is going to get mad at you or force feed you if they see that something isn’t appealing to them too!

  1. Start Exercising

Start by exercising! Exercising lowers blood pressure and helps your body to function properly. It also makes you feel better about yourself, which is a great motivator for getting your appetite back on track.

Also, make sure to get a lil bit of marijuana in your meal to have a  healthy appetite. You can always apply for apply for a marijuana card https://dr-weedy.com/ if you are a non resident in a state like California.

  1. Use Appetite Stimulants

Try using appetite stimulants, such as sibutramine or phentermine. These medications are designed to help with weight loss by making you feel more full and giving you less of an appetite for food.

But they have side effects, so it’s important that you talk with your doctor before taking one of these medications if you’re under 18 years old or have any health conditions.

  1. Snack Away

Snack away! If you don’t feel like eating a full meal, just snack on something small until your appetite returns. And don’t forget about snacks between meals—even if they’re not super filling, they can still be good for your health.

If the problem is with the texture of foods, try substituting those that are easier to eat for ones that are more difficult or take more time.

For example, instead of mashed potatoes with butter, try mashed cauliflower.

Conclusion

When it’s time for dinner, plan. Make sure you have healthy snacks, like fresh fruit or yogurt. Put them in places where they’re easy to access and see when they’re gone.

If you’re hungry and want to eat something big, go ahead and do it! But don’t beat yourself up if you don’t finish. Just know that it’s okay!
